This is the greatest book I ever read (or heard..)
This is a story about 2 mice, Sniff and Scurry, and 2 tiny people, Hem and Haw. They are in this maze where there are several Cheese Stations, and they had this routine of looking for new cheese every day. One day, they found Cheese Station C. Hem and Haw started to change their habits. They no longer looked for new cheese. But, one day, Sniff and Scurry noticed the amount of cheese getting smaller and smaller. So, Sniff and Scurry changed to their old habits again. While Sniff sniffed for cheese, Scurry, with his fast legs, looked for cheese. Hem and Haw didn't notice the change and just kept eating and eating. One day, the cheese was gone in Cheese Station C. For several days, Hem and Haw didn't accept the change and just went to Cheese Station C in hope to find someone putting back their cheese.
Several days later, Haw laughed to himself and said, "What a fool I've been? Nobody is going to put back our cheese, I have to find it myself!" He realized that he has to change in order to live well. So, he decided to go find new cheese. He wanted Hem to go with him, but Hem said, "I'm not going anywhere until someone puts my cheese back. So, Haw looked for new cheese by himself. It was a hard work, but finally he found Cheese Station E. There were more cheese than he could imagine, and there was Sniff and Scurry, too, in Cheese Station E. They greeted each other. From this, Haw learned that change isn't always bad. Sometimes, often, it's good.
This book is very impressive. It tells you how to deal with change. And it also tells you that change are often good, even though they don't at that time. This is the best book I ever read. I hope I can use this story when dealing with change.
